2nd hand goods sold as new products

Bought a new kettle from pnp Hyper Montana. When we got home it was very obvious that the kettle had been used for quite a while (a lot of scale build up on the pouring lip as well as burn or scalding marks on the element). It is clear as day that the kettle had been used until it broke and then replaced into its box and returned to the shelf.

I find this sort of thing totally unacceptable as this was an early Christmas present for my wife.
