2litre PnP Cola Lite - Sugar & Caffeine Free

After travelling for 45 mins to my closest PnP to stock up on 2lt bottles of Cola Light - sugar and caffeine free - no stock - in fact none of the PnP cola's were on the shelves. I asked management if there was a stocking problem - I was told none were delivered. I then travelled another 45 mins to the next closest PnP - again no stock and management do not have an answer. I returned home frustrated by my wasted extended trip - I usually buy 24 x 2lt pm. Friday 13th Oct I called the "PnP customer cares line" to be told they do not know but my query would be escalated up the line and I would receive a response within 24 hours.. I spoke to a friend and they had emailed looking for the same product. To date neither of us have had any response - which I find very rude and I am left wondering if PnP does care. I have since been to a PnP further afield - still no stock and no answers for me. Perhaps we should revert to their competition as they are now similarly priced.
