Pnp Southern Corner in Fichardtpark are *******. I'm still waiting on my money refund but nothing. They can't even be loyal to their customers, they rob us of our last cents also. I e got a family to take care of and they aren't giving my money. My order ***) was send back to the shop undelivered because nobody was home at that stage. The driver immediately took it back when I told him to, later he phoned me to find out if anybody was home yet and I told him no. On the app it shows my order as 'delivered' yet the pnp agents phoned me when I logged this complaint within a matter of seconds after the 2nd phone call from the driver to ensure my money would be paid back. I informed them that it shows delivered and they said this 'status' would change to 'undelivered' once the driver got back to the shop. It never changed and here we are. People I would advise you to never order from this place. It's sad that my bank is partnered up with them, they never should've changed from Checkers, I would rather lose out on banking points than losing money on this dishonest place.
