28 min on line wwaiting to speak to someone

I've been on the phone for 28 mins and counting!!! (typing this as I'm holding for an actual person to pick up the phone).

The number is ***. This is an unacceptable delay in me getting hold of a consultant. - My whole lunch break gone!
