24 hours after my order was delivered to someone else and nothing has been done.

Somehow my order was delivered to the wrong unit in my estate. I contacted customer service via every platform, the only response was when I called, and I was told I would be contacted - 24 hours later and still no feedback.

My estate security had to do their own investigation. The local alcoholic accepted my package and managed to down half a bottle of gin before security retrieved it from her. No way in hell I'm touching that bottle so I've essentially paid to get someone else trashed, because Pick n Pay didn't bother to deliver to the correct address or contact me when arriving to my estate.
