21Bitrthday cake disaster

We ordered a cake at PnP Lemon Tree. 22 Feb ,for the celebration on the 26th.we were not informed, explained by the staff member Sibongile..to return with toll slip, What I was told they keep their copy,give me a copy I go pay slip and that's it. 26th Feb no cake,was told to wait 30 minutes, or refund, I was already boiling,. We left ,my brother in law collected the cake ,what a disaster, wrong colour,wrong deco,wrong inside ,cake fell one side snd icing melted. I was so cross ,spoiled photos, celebration and our mood spirit. What now ,calling emailing pnp no response.
