20days without refund

So on the 18 November PnP had a special for PP Long Life Fruit Punch Juice 200ml x 6 going for R47 for 3packs. See I am a regular online shopper I get my notifications right on time,so I buy 3 sets of those special and they also had PnP Feta Cheese With Mixed Herbs 400g going for R45 for 2. Along with some milk and tissues. So when the delivered the next day I only got the milk and tissues and a pack of juice,all the items that they had on special was not included. Mind you I bought it on the 1st day of special in the morning, there were other flavors that were already out of stock but the ones I bought were in stock but I still did not get my order. I tried to call them a number of times to fix this but they could not assist me. On the 17 December 2022 I buy on the ASAP shop, then the driver returned my order I do not know for what reasons,but I only got that when I called them to find out why my order is delaying. Next thing I need to get a refund so I can buy my staff else where. Mind you I call them again they tell me that they put my money on the pick n pay wallet without notifying me. I told them I need that money I can not purchase things online from them anymore because they keep giving me poor service. They say they will transfer to my bank account that was the 20th December 2022 when they did that request. On the 23rd December 2022 I call again it was only then they processed my request ever since have been following up until today, I did not get my refund. Where does pick n pay think I get money to buy those things when they have my money for more than 20days. On top of that they had advertised pots that I ordered for a farewell gift at work in which it was a Black Friday special but was never on the shelves so , I decided to buy online order went through, but when I go to the store they say the pots were out of stock before Black Friday but even after that Black Friday special they still put those pots on special. They promised I would get the pots every next day after I went there. I drove to EASTRAND MALL HYPER PnP more than 5times from Vosloorus for those pots only to get them on Christmas EVE. Which was a month after I bought them.The most unfair and inconsiderate grocery shop I know. They always treat me unfairly I do not know why I continue to buy from them. I took my kids stationery money to buy those thing thinking I would have got my refund by now but nothing.
