#***2 - PnP ASAP, my first and last order with you ever

#***2 - Order was supposed to arrive at 11:30. I called at 13:20 and was told they are waiting for a car to make my delivery. At around 15:00 a scooter shows up with all my stuff jammed into his carrier. All the bags are wet and battered looking. Once he starts unpacking, the ice cream and Domestos start to leak and I had a big mess to clean up, not to mention the clothing I am wearing is now damaged from the Domestos. I am guessing my groceries stood at your warehouse/store for hours before being delivered to me, hence the melted ice cream (now melted gunk) and the leaky Domestos.
