2 months with no refund. PNP ASAP is a nightmare

Picknpay ASAP Sucks, 2 months without refund!

This is my 4th review. and i have STILL not received my refund of R319.80

I am completely lost for words. i don't even know how to complain anymore than i am complaining.

I was phoned and told it would be resolved on the Saturday(17th November) i was called. which was a lie. as i am still waiting for my money back.

I am lost for words. i want my money back, i do NOT want some sorry apology. as it obviously means nothing to you.

thank you for giving me time. IF it does not get resolved by Monday i have the perfect case to lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman. they said i needed to wait 15 days and if you can't resolve it i can do the process. and i think i should.

because this is pathetic. it is over 2 months now. how long will you be holding my own money hostage from me? On top of that, you have money that does not belong to you. that is *******. and is called ******** enrichment. do i need to go to the SAPS now as well?
