2 hours and no groceries

I went to Pick n Pay Jean Crossing on Monday - as I normally do every month to do my monthly shopping, obviously it takes about an hour or so to get everything I need. It took about 30 minutes standing in the queue - where they had to call all the tellers back (all 2 of them) to the tills to assist the long ass queue that was there. Which that's okay I am nearly done right? I get to the till, everything scanned and paying, the amount of R577 goes off my account but it says declined on her machine, which she sommer tries a few times again to see if it will go through.

I explain to her that I do not have double my grocery amount in my account at the stage so it wont go through to where she just sits back and looks at me. I fully understand that the amount will reverse into my account but the service was ****** terrible and embarrassing! The lady that was assisting with the bags then takes the trolley and says "you cannot leave with the goods" I AM NOT A ********, i was there and I was paying for my stuff where YOUR system messed up. I then pushed the trolley forward and left as I am not one to make a scene in the shop. I do however promise you I WILL NEVER go back there again and also told my family about the experience. Shame on you!
