12L of milk expired

I am furious! !!!! I bought 2 boxes of of UHT milk (12L) on Monday 15/6/12. I gave my kids porridge with this milk resulting in one kids getting diarrhoea, as they are too small to tell me the milk tastea odd.... last night I made a pot of pasta. I used of this milk for my white sauce when I finally sat down and started eating something tasted terrible disgusting in this dish.... on my investigation I found all this has expired Jan 2015 despite the outside box indicating an expiry date of Jan 2016. Who replaces the ingredients of my pot of food I had to throw away? Who fixes the diarrhoea my child got? Or my petrol that I need to use to go back to tygervalley???
