12 days with no refund

I placed an order on the pick n Pay Asap app before Christmas which I waited for, for more than 4 hours but it was never delivered. Eventually, I managed to get ahold of customer service and it was canceled. My refund was processed on the 28th of December 2022 and I am yet to receive the funds in my bank account. 12 days later I'm being given the runaround by this company and its customer service agents. I have made several calls and send emails, everytime I'm told to wait until the end of business day for my funds to reflect as the matter has been escalated to the finance department and still no funds in my account. This is incredibly frustrating as I need that money to buy my weekly groceries!!
