11520 MIN OF PNP ASAP

Just when I thought I have gotten faith back in Pick n Pay, they do this. If my PNP Asap App shows a credit and I have requested that it be refunded via the App, message showing it will take between 3 - 5 days, by the 8th its not refunded.

Am I missing something. Is it actually 3 - 5 months or years. It defeats the object to say this only to see by day 8 nothing has been refunded.

Its ridiculous. 8 days to get this done? 1 work week, 2 weekends, 192 hours, 11520 minutes and still you need more time to resolve it ????
