100% pick n pay bad service

I purchased a TV with pick n pay online shopping for a collection in store, 36 days ago. Week after week calling them for my refund they'd just give me useless reference numbers that which they create without a follow up. Today I did call again for a follow-up and I was told my money is with my bank(imagine). They gave me another useless reference number that which they said to me the bank will refund me(nonsense). All I want is nothing but my money back into my account. Pick n Pay has failed me and as for their rating,it's actually not me alone, but everyone. Why can't you follow your own terms and conditions that you yourselves created them? Why should be so harmful for one to get great service from you? Where is leadership? Where is accuracy, honesty and loyalty?
