10 days to refund?

I cancelled my order because they changed the delivery date to the following day, which, after I went in to a store to purchase the items. I was told that it would take between 1 and 10 days for the funds to be refunded into my debit account. It has been 10 agonizing days for them to process a payment? Why is it taking so long to do something so simple and I am yet still awaiting a call back from a manager to explain. Pathetic service. Complete *******. Will no longer be shopping with them.
