1 ROSE SHORT IN THE BUNCH YET AGAIN
<p>I have roses on my diningroom table every day and used to always buy from Woolies but then I kept on finding I was one rose short in a 10 rose bunch ... there were always 10 stems with one stem minus a rose. Well I presume you guys now have the same supplier as it keeps on happening now to my roses I buy from you. I chatted to the one Manager at pnp Table View and showed him the photo of my slip etc the same day I had bought them from the PnP at Sunningdale and he just shrugged his shoulders and said they had different suppliers. Im so sick and tired of being short changed and where is the quality control on the side of the supplier as they are making money as every 10 bunches with 1 rose short is a lots of extra money for them !!!!!!!!!</p>

What a fantastic feedback PnP So prompt and efficient within a couple of hours I had a call from Pnp apologising (although not their fault as far as I am concerned) and that I could come and collect another bunch of roses ...... think Woolies needs to take a leaf out of your book bigtime. I'm Super impressed PnP thanks again
