1 month old expired products

I purchased a jar of 1 month old expired Nutella at your pick n pay local klipheuwel branch in parow, cape Town. I only found the product to be expired when I opened the jar and found a strange liquid substance drifting on top. I have reached out to the store numerous of times as I want my refund. They have ignored my emails and are not returning my call. This store has very poor quality control and this is not the first time I came across a possible health risk product. I expect pnp to have very high standards, having a product displayed that expires a month ago tells you alot about the way this stores quality is controlled. I expect feedback, I have sent them pictures of the jar as well as my electronic receipt
