My wife bought goods the 1st of the March 2015 at pick n pay clothing Somerset mall for R199 She bought it with her debit card. On the 8/03/2015 she returned the goods for refund and was told that they would call her. Its been 16 days and no response. This is unlike PnP did the staff take the money? My wife has spent R80 on commuting to the shop already. Having to return to the shop again would be R120. Stop passing the buck PnP managers and staff its tuff out here already. Problem still not resolved.
