Dear Pick n Pay. <br> We have been customers of yours forever....I do not like strong tasting or smelling cheese, so I buy Mozzarella cheese, I buy at least 2-3 blocks of cheese per week, as we eat loads of cheese on cracker bread during the working week. Last week Friday, I bought , what I thought was mozzarella, as the labelling stated PNP Mozzarella cheese, I sliced it up & just from the smell I knew something was not the same, so I tasted it & it was definitely NOT Mozzarella, as the taste was strong as well. After work, I took it back to the store, I did not want my money back, I just wanted to swop, it was not my fault the wrong label was on. I was told in a very rude manner \you opened the cheese, you sliced it, we cannot swop\" so I walked out. Very disappointing as I clearly was not in the wrong. What a way to end the week. Spent R30+ on cheese that was labelled incorrectly & I was not even allowed to swop it OR at least get my money back (not that I needed the money-I just needed cheese). "
