****mers

This is an online store selling clothes, it seems like they are ****mers. Yesterday I made a purchase and the were suppose to send a confirmation for my order but nothing was send till today, they don't have a direct line where you can call them. You can only send an email or whatsapp but they don't respond. Just want my money back.
