Refund Request

Good day

Here's my sad story, on the 17th December I was suppose to travel with pick a place to Suncity, no communication was sent nothing until I exposed the guy on Facebook, so he rudely responded that he ddnt reach his target hencethe trip is caed. This was communicated on the 17th around 12ish, so I had requested that he please refund us since the trip was not successful, so the guy decided to block me and ignore my messages.

Please assist in getting my refund and investigating this company because it's operating unprofessionally as I'm not the only one complaining about his poor communication skills, unprofessionalism and ******** behavior
