Bad customer service
Disappointing Experience with Pick a place Events &Tours PTY LTD I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from pick a place. We paid for a 4-night, 3-day package, but the booking agent only arranged for 3 nights and 2 days at a cheap hotel. Despite our specific request for self-catering accommodations, we were booked into a hotel that didn't meet our needs. We had to purchase food, only to find that the hotel didn't provide adequate facilities. Transportation Issues We were promised an H1 vehicle for transportation, but were instead provided with a Suzuki that only accommodated six people, leaving one person without a seat. This was a significant inconvenience for our group of seven. Boat Cruise Not Included Our package supposedly included a boat cruise, but when we arrived at the destination, the driver called the agent, who claimed that no such promise was made. When we tried to contact the agent, our calls were ignored. Conclusion Given the discrepancies between what was promised and what was delivered, I would advise others to thoroughly review their packages and agreements before booking with Pick a place by Mahlatsi. The lack of customer service and communication was appalling. Mahlatsi is very arrogant...no apology nothing...his arrogance will definitively be his down...

**** Alert!!! Pick a place events and tours.
We paid this man R26 250 as a group of 7 women for a 3 night 4 days weekend in Ballito. Firstly, he **** about pick up being at 5am on Friday, he was still in Mozambique during this time and ended up arranging a driver who arrived at 10am. We were promised an H1 Hyundai but got a Suzuki Ertiga (7 seater). The drive to and from was extremely uncomfortable. He booked us a cheap hotel after we requested a self catering accommodation unit. Money wasted on groceries for the weekend. The driver received strict instructions to only drive us around Ballito. He stopped answering our calls the entire weekend. He booked the 3rd night at an extremely cheap and disgusting hotel in Durban CBD. He definitely overcharged us and under delivered. He is a ****mer and narcissistic individual. He never gave us an itinerary, the entire trip was a mess.
