Zero Customer Service

I used Phonetradr in the past and their service was phenomenal, I didn’t hesitate to use their services again because of my past experience well… I would recommend any individual STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is appalling, they literally have a phone number, WhatsApp number and email addresses but what’s the point when no one actually ever answers the phone, messages or email???? There was so much previous confusion prior to my phone actually being sold, months later I then got a notification saying congratulations your device has been sold, someone then very quickly asks for your banking details for verification, they confirm all is in order and payment will be made within 7 working days. STILL TO THIS DAY, ABSOLUTELY NO PAYMENT. They literally disappear off of the face of the earth. I think all their “5 star reviews” are **** to try push up the recommendation of their company but don’t do it to yourself.

I’ll gladly change my review and apologise publicly once I receive payment but I won’t hold my breath until then!!
