Wouldn't recommend.

I purchased an iPhone 11 pro on the 1st of June 2020.

It is the 11th and I still don't have the phone.

I followed up last week and was told by Sam that the phone was being collected on Monday.

On Tuesday when I asked about the status of my order, Emma rep**** and said that collection was being arranged (how, if i was told it was collected yesterday???) Bare in mind I had ordered the phone the previous Monday. Which means they hadn't arranged collection for over a week and that I'm also possibly being **** to.

Over the past 2 days, I've been reaching out to find out where my phone is but now the team has started ignoring my emails.

If the seller no longer wishes to sell then I would like my money refunded. Why am I being strung along?

This is very bad customer service. I am very disappointed.

I opted to use this service, even though it's more expensive, so I didn't have to meet someone from gumtree and that all the checks are done but now I'm feeling just as insecure about my purchase.

Hope I am not being ****med out of thousands of rands.
