Worst service. Waste of money and time

My phone was under warranty and not even 6 months old. Phonetradr said I dropped which I didn't and now my warranty is void. Worst service. I paid a lot of money for a phone and they are sending it back without fixing it. Don't use them a waste of money and time. Very unhappy. Rather buy a new phone from istore.
