Worst service ever! Don't sell your phone with them! Please beware!

I've tried contacting them via whatsapp, phone calls and emails. No response at all! Not even certain if they are still in business! I just want my phone back, I can sell it quicker on Bidorbuy. I don't know if I will ever get my phone back from them! This is ***** and I will certainly open a case against them at the police station.
