Worst company to sell your device with.

I am so disappointed in this company, I used them before and they were great but I can’t say the same thing with my two previous experiences. I sold my device when them and someone made an offer on the 28th of October, no further information was given until i received an email on the 12th stating that it was sold. Now it is the 26th and i have not received a cent from them. All my emails are ignored and calls go unanswered. I just want my phone back. I will never use this company again.
