Worrying Payment from Phonetradr

I have sold phones through them four times in the past. The first three times the service went smooth, and in no time i was paid. However on the 15th of July 2020, they picked up my device, on the 16th it was assessed, and on the 17th i received an email that said the phone passed assesment and I'll be paid the same day. It is the 22nd of July now, and I haven't received my payment, even though i received an email stating i have been paid. I called daily since the 20th to follow up, and each day i was told the payment will be made the same day.
