Why am I being ignored??
Can someone contact me? My phone had an offer on the 19th August which I Accepted (after giving a counter offer) but now I cant get hold of anyone to find out what is happening, and my listing is no longer on your website.
If I cannot get feedback i will have no choice but to report my phone ****** and let the insurance block this phone.

12 Oct 2024, 10:24Edit - I finally received my money after a little bit of nagging to phonetradr via email... However I must say Emma has been extremely helpful and I think Phonetradr is understaffed as it seems everything falls onto Emma's shoulders... Phonetradr needs to fix this and get her some help, there will probably be way more happy customers that way... But thank you to Emma for helping me to get my money.
