What happened to my money Phontradr????????

I made a post in early December 2024 , regarding my phone that Phonetradr has had possession of for over 18 months. I have tried calling, whatsapp, emailing and never got a response . My post here was DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. A few days after my post , 11th December 2024, we were notified by Phontradr that we about to be paid out for our phone which had now been sold. Well, well nothing has changed , it is now the 7-01-2025 and no payment and no response to emails . Do I now presume that I will never see my phone or my money. Someone has a phone that I paid for , was sold by Phonetradr, who received the buyers money and then never paid the money to me . I feel ****** , like my phone was ******.......
