Warning!

Was really very disappointed with this company. My son wanted to sell his almost new Samsung and we decided to use Phonetradr to be safe. They rep**** almost immediately to our online request and collected the phone the next day. It was sold within a week. This was April. We didn’t receive any money like they promised. Tried to phone every day. They never answer! We then received an email to apologise and say they have a delay with their payments. For months after that we sent email after email and tried to phone on a weekly basis. I was sure we got ****med but didn’t want to give up. It was only when I started taking legal action that we received our payment beginning of October. I will definitely not use Phonetradr ever again and will definitely not recommend anyone to sell anything through them.
