<div>I made the mistake of reading their "positive" reviews when I decided to list my Galaxy Note 10 with them in September of 2023. They were very communicative and eager to pick up the phone. The courier collected it for an address in Nelspruit. I'm in Joburg. This should have raised my suspicions. Since then, I have received 3 offers, each one being less than the previous, to the point that the phone is now half the value of what they originally suggested. Since December 2023 I have being trying to contact them to get my phone back. The phone number is an answering machine, their WhatsApp number is a bot and emails go unanswered. I'm seriously considering blocking the phone and opening a case. Use this company at your peril!</div>
