Unhappy Phonetradr client

I am really unhappy with phonetradr. I already listed my phone with them in January. After a few weeks I tried to call them many times to find out why my mobile no longer shows their website. I tried to make contact in every way. Called, emailed, messaged on Instagram. No feedback. After a few days of struggling, someone answered the phone. The lady explained that the phone was tentatively sold, but they were waiting for a payment from the buyer's side. Again they did not inform me. I had to keep calling. I called again to find out when I can expect a payout. Again I didn't get through and no one called me back. It is now day 15 and no one is picking up so I can find out when I can get my money. I'm starting to think this is a **** and that I will never get paid for my phone. My husband, Dirk Labuschagne *****5020 listed the Pink Iphone 13 on my behalf on Phonetradr because he was fami**** with the process and it worked well in the past. I am really not happy with their service.
