trash service / emma

this is nothing but a **** / i handed them a phone and made payment for repairs i was advised they couldn't fix the phone and was offered an alternate handset which i declined they have since been giving me thr run around regarding my refund and the handset i sent in , Emma seems to have gone AWOL as i am constantly calling and no one takes the call and no response whatsoever via email . this is at a point where i am going to open a cyber crime case and have the authorities deal with this matter as it can not take you 2 months to return a device and refund my funds , she requested my banking details in mid December and still nothing
