They don't pay!!

They don't pay!! They were super fast to pick up my phone in February. On 20 July I requested that they send the phone back, since it was not selling. They said they were waiting for payment from a potential buyer. I asked for an update on 31 July. Again they said they were waiting for payment (this time from a different buyer). Later that day I received an email stating that the phone has been sold and that they require my banking details and my proof of address so they can make the payment. I have not received any payment... It has been 16 days. Their excuse: There's a backlog. All the excuses are starting to line up and it tells a different story. All the Hellopeter reviews sound the same. Phonetradr receives the money, but we have to wait a extended period before the seller receives their money.
