They do not answer their phones or emails.

I have used Phonetrdr many times in the past. However, this time they dispatched a phone we said we didn't want, as it was a " renewed" iPhone. We know that these phones have replacement parts that are generic, and we did not want that. Despite saying no, they dispatched it anyway. Shortly after receiving it, the screen died ( it clearly had a generic replacement screen), and we sent it back asking for a refund. They have refused to refund and blame us for the screen issue. They do not answer their helpline or emails. They have the broken phone and our money and have not responded to us. I am going to report them to the consumer council if they do not respond by the end of this week. Do not do business with Phonetrdr. I thought they were an honest business, but now I am not so sure.
