Terrible Service and Non-Payment

This is my second time dealing with PhoneTradr. The first time was for a purchase of a phone and the service was excellent. The second time I listed a phone with them for sale on 14 Feb-24, phone does not reflect for sale anymore on the website and cannot get hold of them on any platform, also tried to visit their location in Sandton and they have moved, no forwarding contact details available. Very poor service, not sure if they have closed down, DO NO USE THEM.
