Terrible service and looks like it is a ****!

I have listed a phone with them in July 2023. Finally they informed me in March 2024 that the phone has been sold. It has been over 2 months since I have received the email of the sale and still no money has been payed. Every excuse I receive from them is that there is a backlog of payments but they will be paying the money in a few days. I have received 4 x emails with the same excuse. Their service is terrible and I do not recommend using them at all. This was the first and last that this company will be used. Furthermore, they are misleading people through their advertising!!
