Shocking Service – Paid R6624, No Phone, No Response!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from PhoneTrader. They collected my phone for repairs on 18 June 2025 and made me pay R6624 upfront. For the first two weeks, they responded to emails and claimed they were working on my device — but since then, I’ve received no updates, and they have completely stopped responding to emails and phone calls. It’s now been nearly a month, and I still don’t have my phone back. No communication, no service, and no refund. I am now left wondering whether I’ve been ****med. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I urge others to be very cautious when dealing with this company. If I don’t hear back from them urgently, I will be taking this further via the Consumer Ombud and other legal avenues.
