DO NOT SELL YOUR PHONE THROUGH THEM THEY WILL ***** YOUR MONEY AND YOUR PHONE

I listed my phone with them >6months ago. They couldn't sell it which is fine but then I requested for them to return my phone 2 months ago, they rep**** that it would be R380 for courier. I paid and that's when they stopped returning my calls , returning my emails. I have called them over 50 times and no one answers . Used their chat bot over 50 times to request a call and no one has called.

Emailed them a few times a week. No reply.

There is no other way to phrase this but that they have ****** my phone
