Response & Exchange of device

Bought a device early this year and it gave me some issues, they took it back for repairs only to find out that it was totally damaged and they replaced it with a later version of the device, second hand device though. Very happy with the services, except for email communication OR WhatsApp line, Phonetradr is falling short on that, hopefully they fixed that ASAP. And also delivery is very quick, a well deserved 5 star.
