Resolved Previous Issues

Previously, I did have a some-what negative experience.

However, upon bringing this to the head of the company's attention, Alwyn was very helpful in resolving the issues, ensuring payment went through, and he called me to explain the reason for the delay and issues.

Always a good sign when a company owns up to issues and makes an effort to resolve them.
