Really bad bad service!

My Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is on their website for a few months now. It is now locked and no one can buy it. I can't even lower the price. I've contacted them via whatsapp, email and tried phoning them, but no reply! I just want to know what is going on. Last year the told me it is on hold because there's a potential buyer, but it has been a few weeks now.

If they can just contact me and let me know what is going on. Otherwise I would like to have my phone back so that I can sell it quicker on Bidorbuy without any hassles! Really bad service from this company! I feel I'm going to loose my phone, or they're *****ing my phone. Is it even still with them, I don't know.
