POOR SERVICE AND QUESTIONABLE AUTHENTICITY

ordered a phone COD - when i follow up im told by "emma" to make payment in 24hrs or my order is cancelled - first red flag

i respond that its COD, i get an email asking to confirm deliver time suitable for tomorrow - responded and asked for further info. no response given, as i could not find the email, i followed up with "emma" to ask if she received - i get the same generic response to confirm delivery time, instead of addressing my query - another red flag

either the agent chooses to ignore my responses , or im dealing with an automated system, which is sketchy af

thankfully selected COD so not facing payment issues had i registered card details or paid already
