Poor, poor service from Phonetradr. DO NOT USE!

I am sitting with the same issue as all the other people with their complaints. There is no answer when calling and almost zero response via mail. I have listed three devices with them What can we do in a situation like this? I just want my devices back. SAPS? Carte Blanche? Does anyone have their address?
