Poor communication with clients

This is my third time dealing with PhoneTradr. The first time was a breeze. My devices was sold quickly & the money received soon afterwards.

The second time my device wasn't sold so I chose to have it couriered back to myself to sell privately. I paid for the courier which was my choice.

This is the third time I'm dealing with them & communication is non-existent. I sent a message asking for my device returned only to be told it was sold. I'm now waiting for the money to be paid. I follow up twice a day and still get no response. I'm very disappointed especially since they take quite a hefty commission for their services!
