URGENT ASSIST NEEDED!!! I paid for an iPhone 15 pro on the 27th of November 2024 and expected delivery of the phone between 3-5 working days as stipulated by the terms on the website. I tracked the progress over the the 5 days and there had been no change in the status of my ticket. After two weeks of failed attempts of trying to connect with Phonetradr over email , phone and the what’s app I finally received a response indicating that due to Black Friday orders , my order is delayed. A further week and I still didn’t receive any response and opted for a full refund as i urgently needed a phone and could access my accounts and apps from my loaned phone. ( email confirmation from Emma from the support team on the 13 December confirms that the full refund will take up 10 days). I then purchased a brand new iPhone directly from Apple on the 26th . The next day the pronetradr had delivered the iPhone 15, even though I had clear communication opting for a refund. I am now struggling to contact phonetradr to pick up the iPhone 15 ( still sealed in the courier packing) and process my refund of R16000 outstanding.
