Phonetradr - thank you for my refund - Believe.

After my last post a few weeks ago I can confirm that Phonetradr did pay me back my full refund after the S23 Ultra I ordered showed difficulties and was offered a full refund...... However, I do feel Phonetradr can work much harder on their customer service experience as it is feels like you are talking to a ghost as no one 'most of the time' actually come back to customers on any request and important communication or answering calls. Thank you Emma for the call back to asked if I received my refund and I truly hope and believe Phonetradr will get back to the level is was before! For the people out there that do need payments from Phonetradr, just keep trying to contact them until they come back to you and if not, put your concerns on hellopeter and take possible legal action to keep the bad stuff away......
