The saga continues. I have taken the phone, which they said was in excellent condition, and subsequently the screen went black and broke, to an iPhone expert, and they have confirmed the phone was fitted with a generic replacement screen. They offered us a renewed phone, we said "NO refund us please" and they shipped a renewed phone and pretended it was an excellent phone. We now have a broken phone which will cost R 7300 to have an original screen fitted. We just want a full refund. DO NOT buy from phonetrdr, report their practices to the Consumer Protection Council as they no longer run an honest business and never answer their phones.
