phonetradr owes me a lot and won't pay

I am beyond frustrated with Phonetradr - Appalled by the fact that they owe me R6000, and I’ve been waiting for it for over seven months! Every time I send an email, I get the same generic response that “the payment is being processed.”

They have no problem taking your phone and selling it but seem incapable of returning the proceeds owed to you. I would advise anyone thinking of using their services to be very cautious.
